Cindy Kiro
Dame Cynthia Alcyion Kiro is a New Zealand public health academic and administrator, who will become the 22nd Governor-General of New Zealand in October 2021. Kiro is Māori of Ngā Puhi, Ngāti Kahu, Ngāti Hine descent and will be the first Māori woman to be governor-general.
