Charlie Elphicke
Charles Brett Anthony Elphicke is a British politician, former solicitor and convicted criminal. He served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Dover from 2010 to 2019. As a member of the Conservative Party he served as a Government whip and Lord Commissioner of the Treasury from 2015 to 2016.
