Carlos Arthur Sevilla
Carlos Arthur Sevilla is an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He was the sixth and now retired Bishop of Yakima. He now works as an Outreach Priest for the Catholic Non-Profit Cross Catholic Outreach as well as serving on their Bishops' Advisory Board.
