Beltrán Pagola Goya was a Basque composer, pianist and teacher. He was professor at the Conservatory of Music of San Sebastián. He was influential as teacher of the composers Pablo Sorozábal, Tomás Garbizu, José María Usandizaga and Francisco Escudero.
