Basavaraj Bommai
Basavaraj Somappa Bommai is an Indian politician and engineer. On 28 July 2021, he will succeed B. S. Yediyurappa as Chief Minister of Karnataka. He is a 3-time member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly from Shiggaon since 2008. Bommai was a member of the Karnataka Legislative Council between 1998 and 2008.
