Augustus W. Stinchfield was an American physician and one of the co-founders—along with Drs. Charles Horace Mayo, William James Mayo, Christopher Graham, E. Starr Judd, Henry Stanley Plummer, Melvin Millet and Donald Balfour—of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
