Abd al-Karīm ibn al-Faḍl, better known by his regnal name al-Ṭāʾiʿ li-Amr Allāh/biʾllāh, was the Abbasid caliph of Baghdad from 974 to 991. Very little is known about his personal and official life. He succeeded his father al-Muti as the twenty-fourth Abbasid caliph.
