Artur Rasizade
Artur Tahir oglu Rasizade is an Azerbaijani politician who served as the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan from 1996 until 2003, and again from 2003 until 2018. Rasizade was a long-time Communist Party member during the Azerbaijan SSR period.
