Archibald Napier, 1st Lord Napier
Archibald Napier, 1st Lord Napier, the 9th Laird Napier of Merchiston, was a Scottish politician and judge. In 1627 he was created Lord Napier of Merchiston and Baronet of Nova Scotia.
