Amy Dowden is a ballroom and Latin American dancer from Wales. Dowden and her dancing partner Ben Jones are former British National Champions in Latin American Dance. Dowden was a finalist in the seventeenth series of Strictly Come Dancing with Karim Zeroual in 2019.
