Ali Rıfat Çağatay
Ali Rıfat Çağatay (1867–1935) was a Turkish composer, oud virtuoso and academic, who served as the founding president of the Türk Musikisi Ocağı and the long-term president of the Şark Musiki Cemiyeti.
