Alexei Vyacheslavovich Emelin is a Russian professional ice hockey defenceman for Avangard Omsk of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). Emelin was drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in the third round, 84th overall, of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.
