Alex Edward Albert Dowsett is a British professional road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Israel Start-Up Nation. He is a time trial specialist, and in 2015, he broke track cycling's world hour record by 446 metres, with a distance of 52.937 kilometres.
