Al-Muhtadi
Abū Isḥāq Muḥammad ibn al-Wāṯiq, better known by his regnal name al-Muhtadī bi-'llāh, was the Caliph of the Abbasid Caliphate from July 869 to June 870, during the "Anarchy at Samarra".
