Aizanat Makhachevna Murtazaeva is a Russian fencer. She competed in individual épée in the 2020 Summer Olympics, where she was placed fourth as a member of the Russian Olympic Committee team. She won two bronze medals at the 2019 and 2021 Russian Championships.
