Abhakara Kiartivongse
Admiral Prince Abhakara Kiartivongse, Prince of Chumphon, was the 28th child of King Chulalongkorn. He was commonly reveared as "The Father of our Thai Navy". Being born to a non-royal mother, he could not become king.
