Abdourahmane Cissé
Abdourahmane Cissé is an Ivorian engineer and economist. He presently serves as the Petroleum, Energy and Renewable Energies Minister of Ivory Coast under Prime Minister Hamed Bakayoko. He was previously Budget Minister of Ivory Coast under Prime Minister Daniel Kablan Duncan.
