Anthony Joseph Francis is an American professional wrestler and former American football player. He was signed by the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent in 2013. Francis played college football at Maryland. Francis also played for the Seattle Seahawks and Washington Redskins. As a pro wrestler, he worked for WWE as Top Dolla.
