List of Famous people named Tsarevich

Ivan Ivanovich of the House of Rurik, was a Tsarevich of Russia. He was the son of Ivan the Terrible, who eventually killed him.

Dmitri Ivanovich was the first Tsarevich or Tsesarevich - the heir apparent - of the Tsardom of Russia, as the eldest son of Ivan the Terrible, or Ivan IV of Russia and his first Tsaritsa, Anastasia Romanovna. He was the third child and first son of the couple and died in infancy.

Ivan Dmitriyevich was the only son of False Dmitry II of Russia and his wife Marina Mniszech, daughter of Polish Voivode Jerzy Mniszech and his wife Jadwiga Tarło. He was a claimant to the throne of the Tsardom of Russia until his death at the age of not quite four, in July 1614. He was killed right after his step-father, Ivan Zarutsky.

Tsarevich Alexei Alexeyevich was the second son and heir of Tsar Alexis of Russia and Maria Miloslavskaya, brother of Tsar Feodor III, Tsar Ivan V, and Tsarevna Sophia and half-brother of Tsar Peter the Great. He died at 15 before he had a chance to succeed to the throne.

Tsarevich Dmitry Alexeyevich was the first son and heir of Tsar Alexis of Russia and Maria Miloslavskaya, brother of Tsarevich Alexei Alexeyevich of Russia, Tsar Feodor III of Russia and Tsar Ivan V of Russia and half-brother of Tsar Peter the Great. He died before he had a chance to succeed to the throne. He is buried in the Cathedral of the Archangel.

Tsarevich Simeon Alexeyevich was the fourth son of Tsar Alexis of Russia and Maria Miloslavskaya, brother of Tsar Feodor III of Russia and Tsar Ivan V of Russia and half-brother of Tsar Peter the Great. He died young.
