He concurrently serves as NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR). He previously served as the commander of U.S. Air Forces in Europe and U.S. Air Forces Africa. He assumed his current assignment at the European Command in Germany on May 2, 2019 and at the Allied Command in Belgium on May 3, 2019.

Tod David Brown is an American bishop and retired prelate of the Roman Catholic Church in Idaho and southern California. He served as Bishop of Boise from 1989 to 1998 and as Bishop of Orange from 1998 to 2012.

Tod Gordon is an American businessman. Gordon is the president of Carver W. Reed Co. Inc, a Philadelphia jewelry store and loan office that was established in 1860. He is also the founder of defunct professional wrestling promotion Eastern Championship Wrestling. He owned the promotion until it was sold to his head booker Paul Heyman in May 1995.
