Titus Flavius Petro was the paternal grandfather of the Roman Emperor Vespasian.

Titus Flavius T. f. T. n. Clemens was a cousin of the emperor Domitian, with whom he served as consul from January to April in AD 95. Shortly after leaving the consulship, Clemens was executed, allegedly for atheism, although the exact circumstances remain unclear. Over time, he came to be regarded as an early Christian martyr.

Titus Menenius Lanatus was a Roman senator during the 5th century BC. He served as consul in 452 BC.

Titus Annius Milo Papianus was a Roman political agitator. The son of Gaius Papius Celsus, he was adopted by his maternal grandfather, Titus Annius Luscus. In 52 BC, he was prosecuted for the murder of Publius Clodius Pulcher. He was unsuccessfully defended by his friend, Marcus Tullius Cicero, in the speech Pro Milone.

Titus Junius Brutus was the elder son of Lucius Junius Brutus, who was one of Rome's first two consuls in 509 BC. His mother was Vitellia.

Titus Verginius Tricostus Caeliomontanus was a Roman statesman who served as Consul in 496 BC. He is probably the (older) brother of Aulus Verginius Tricostus Caeliomontanus, consul in 494 BC.
