Svetozar Miletić was a Serbian lawyer, journalist, author, politician, mayor of Novi Sad, and the political leader of Serbs in Vojvodina. Svetozar Miletić was one of the most influential ideological and political leaders of the Serbs living in the Habsburg lands.

Svetozar Ćorović was a Bosnia and Herzegovina novelist. In his books, he often wrote of life in Herzegovina and, more specifically, the city of Mostar. His brother was Vladimir Ćorović, a distinguished Serbian historian who was killed in 1941 during World War II in Greece.

Svetozar Marović is a Montenegrin lawyer and politician. He served as the President of Serbia and Montenegro from 2003 until Montenegro declared its independence in 2006. He was the last head of state of Serbia and Montenegro.
