Noura Mostafa Qadry, more commonly known simply as Noura, is a retired Egyptian actress. She began her career in Egyptian cinema during the 1970s and continued acting until she retired in the 1990s, and wore the Hijab, living a religious life now.

Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi is an Emirati politician and businesswoman who is the Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development for the United Arab Emirates. She has held the position since October 2017. Previously she was the Minister of State for Federal National Council Affairs from February 2016 to October 2017. She has also been the chairperson of the twofour54 since 2012 and of Abu Dhabi Media since 2017. From 5 July 2020, she is the Minister of Culture and Youth. Since she became a minister, She has contributed in many social events within and outside of the country.

Noura Hussein Hammad is a Sudanese woman who was sentenced to death by hanging on 10 May 2018 for killing her husband after he raped her. Hussein's legal team was given two weeks to appeal the sentence. In June 2018, Sudan commuted her sentence to five years in prison and a restitution payment of 337,000 Sudanese pounds.
