José Antonio Escuredo
José Antonio Escuredo Raimondez is a former Spanish racing cyclist, specialising in track cycling. He has won three silver and one bronze world championship medals and a silver medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics. Escuredo has also won ten titles at the Spanish national track cycling championships. Escuredo mostly competed in the keirin and team sprint events.

José Mendes Cabeçadas
José Mendes Cabeçadas Júnior, OTE, ComA, commonly known as Mendes Cabeçadas, was a Portuguese Navy officer, Freemason and republican, having a major role in the preparation of the revolutionary movements that created and ended the Portuguese First Republic: the 5 October revolution in 1910 and the 28 May coup d'état of 1926. In the outcome he became the 69th Minister of Finance for one day only on 30 May 1926, then becoming interim Minister for Foreign Affairs for two days between 30 May and 1 June, after which he again became the 70th Minister for Finance on the same day. He served as the ninth President of the Republic and Prime Minister for a brief period of time.

José Francisco Razzano (1887–1960) was an Uruguayan singer and composer. He joined singer Carlos Gardel on a duo until 1925 when Razzano left due to vocal cord problems. Since then, Razzano became Gardel's manager until 1933.

José de Jesús Sahagún de la Parra is a Mexican Prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. Sahagún de la Parra was born in Cotija, Mexico and was ordained a priest on May 26, 1946. Parra was appointed bishop to the Tula Diocese on May 22, 1961 and ordained bishop on September 8, 1961. Parra's last appointment was to the Diocese of Ciudad Lázaro Cárdenas on September 11, 1985. He resigned on May 3, 1993.
