Hedwig of Brandenburg, also called Hedwig of Ballenstedt, a member of the House of Ascania, was Margravine of Meissen from 1156 until 1190 by her marriage with Margrave Otto II.

Hedwig of Holstein or Helvig(Swedish: Helvig, German: Helwig) (1260–1324) was Queen of Sweden as the consort of King Magnus III Barnlock. Her parents were Gerhard I, Count of Holstein-Itzehoe and Elisabeth of Mecklenburg.

Hedwig of France was a French princess, the daughter of Robert II of France and Constance of Arles. She married Renauld I, Count of Nevers, on 25 January 1016, and they had the following children:

Hedwig of Sagan was Queen of Poland as the fourth wife of Casimir III. Casimir's lack of male heir spelled the end of the Piast Dynasty in the Kingdom of Poland. After Casimir's death in 1370, she remarried Rupert I of Legnica.

Jadwiga of Kalisz was a Queen of Poland by marriage to Władysław I the Elbow-high. She was the mother of the last Piast King of Poland, Casimir III.
