Han Hao, courtesy name Yuansi, was a military officer serving under the warlord Cao Cao during the late Eastern Han dynasty of China.

Han Shantong, born in Yingzhou, Henan, was one of the early Red Turban rebellion leaders. He claimed to be the descendant of Emperor Huizong of Song (1082–1135), the penultimate emperor of the Northern Song dynasty, and rebelled against the Mongol-led Yuan dynasty.

Han Derang, known for his Khitan name, Yelü Longyun, Xingning, or Yaoge was a Chinese politician. He served as the Prime Minister of Liao Dynasty during the reign of Empress Xiao Chuo. He was a native of Hebei Yutian (祖籍河北玉田) and born into the Shihou Family.

Han Jin-won is a South Korean screenwriter. He is best known for his work on Parasite as writer, which earned him critical appraisal and recognition including an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay at the 92nd Academy Awards in 2020. He shared this award with Bong Joon-ho, and this made the two of them the first Asian writers to win any screenwriting Academy Award.

Han Sui, courtesy name Wenyue, was a military general and minor warlord who lived during the late Eastern Han dynasty of China. For most of his life, he was active in Liang Province and was involved in several rebellions against the Han government and the warlord Cao Cao.

Han So-yeon is a South Korean badminton player. She was selected to join the Korea national badminton team in 2015.
