CY Leung
Leung Chun-ying, also known as CY Leung, is a Chinese politician from Hong Kong, and a chartered surveyor. He was the third Chief Executive of Hong Kong between 2012 and 2017. In March 2017, he was appointed vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Cyril Ewart Lionel Grant was a Guyanese actor, musician, writer and poet. In the 1950s, he became the first black person to be featured regularly on television in the United Kingdom, mostly due to his appearances on the BBC current affairs show Tonight.
Cy Young
Denton True "Cy" Young was an American Major League Baseball (MLB) pitcher. Born in Gilmore, Ohio, he worked on his family's farm as a youth before starting his professional baseball career. Young entered the major leagues in 1890 with the National League's Cleveland Spiders and pitched for them until 1898. He was then transferred to the St. Louis Cardinals franchise. In 1901, Young jumped to the American League and played for the Boston Red Sox franchise until 1908, helping them win the 1903 World Series. He finished his career with the Cleveland Naps and Boston Rustlers, retiring in 1911.
Cy Sneed
Cy R. Sneed is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Tokyo Yakult Swallows of the Nippon Professional Baseball league (NPB). Sneed played NCAA baseball at Dallas Baptist University before he was selected by the Milwaukee Brewers in the third round of the 2014 MLB draft. The Brewers traded Sneed to the Houston Astros during the 2015–16 offseason. He made his MLB debut in 2019.

Howard died in April 1993 of heart failure at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, at the age of 77.
