List of Famous people named Berenguer

Berengar Raymond (1115–1144) was the count of Provence (1131–1144). He was the younger son of Raymond Berengar III, Count of Barcelona, and Douce I, Countess of Provence. While his older brother Raymond Berengar received Barcelona, he received Provence.

Berenguer Ramon I [Berengar Raymond I], called the Crooked or the Hunchback, was the count of Barcelona, Girona, and Ausona from 1018 to his death.

Berenguer Ramon II "the Fratricide" was Count of Barcelona from 1076 to 1097. He was the son of Ramon Berenguer I, and initially ruled jointly with his twin brother Ramon Berenguer II.

Berengar Fredol the Younger, nephew of Berengar Fredol the Elder, was Bishop of Béziers in 1309, Cardinal-Priest of SS. Nereo e Achilleo in 1312 and Cardinal-Bishop of Porto in 1317. He succeeded his uncle in the post of the dean of the Sacred College in June 1323 and died in Avignon in November of that same year.
