Huang Xiaoming is a Chinese actor, singer, and model. He graduated from the Performance Institute of the Beijing Film Academy in 2000. Huang first rose to prominence in 2001 for playing Emperor Wu of Han in the television series The Prince of Han Dynasty. In 2007, Huang signed a contract with Huayi Brothers and began focusing on his film career, appearing in films like The Sniper (2009), The Message (2010), and Sacrifice (2010).

Liu Xiaoming is a Chinese diplomat who has served as the current Ambassador of China to the United Kingdom since 2010 under Chinese leaders Hu Jintao (2010–2012) and Xi Jinping (2012–present). In December 2020, it was announced that he will retire as ambassador and will be replaced by Zheng Zeguang.

In July 2015, he was abruptly removed from office by the Communist Party's top disciplinary body, suspected of corruption.
