Sharon Lorencia Horgan is an Irish actress, writer, comedian and producer. She is best known for the comedy series Pulling (2006–2009) and Catastrophe (2015–2019), both of which she starred in and co-wrote. She also created the HBO comedy series Divorce (2016–2019).

John Joseph Horgan is a Canadian politician who has served as the 36th and current premier of British Columbia since 2017. He has been leader of the British Columbia New Democratic Party since 2014 and the member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the constituency of Langford-Juan de Fuca and its predecessors since 2005.

Paul Horgan was an American author of fiction and non-fiction, most of which was set in the Southwestern United States. He was the recipient of two Pulitzer Prizes for History. The New York Times Review of Books said of him, in 1989: "With the exception of Wallace Stegner, no living American has so distinguished himself in both fiction and history."

John Patrick Horgan was a British-American actor, of Irish descent, born in Nottingham, England. He was known for playing the role of Dr. John Morrison in the soap opera television series The Doctors. He completed an unabridged reading of Finnegans Wake in 1985 for the Library of Congress. Horgan died in October 2021, at the age of 92.
