Patricio "Pato" Garino Gullotta is an Argentine professional basketball player for Žalgiris Kaunas of the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL) and the EuroLeague. He played college basketball for George Washington University. He also represents the senior Argentine national team. He is a 2.01 m (6'7") tall shooting guard-small forward.
