Sandra Echeverría Gamboa is a Mexican actress and singer.

Luis Echeverría Álvarez GCB is a Mexican lawyer, academic and politician affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), who served as the 57th President of Mexico from 1970 to 1976. Previously, he was Secretary of the Interior (1963–1969). At 99, he is the oldest living former Mexican president.

Roberto Víctor Gerlein Echeverría was a Colombian lawyer and politician. A Conservative party politician, he was the longest-serving and most senior Member of the Senate of Colombia having been first elected in 1974. During his long political career, he served also as a Member of the Chamber of Representatives (1968–1974), as the 10th Colombian Minister of Economic Development, and as the 42nd Governor of Atlántico. He died in Barranquilla on 23 December 2021, at the age of 83.

Rodrigo Eduardo Echeverría Sáez, nicknamed Eche, is a Chilean professional footballer who plays for Chilean club Everton de Viña del Mar. Primarily a central defender, he can also be deployed as a defensive midfielder.

Miguel Ángel Rodríguez Echeverría is a Costa Rican economist, lawyer, businessman and politician who served as President of Costa Rica from 1998 to 2002. He was minister of planning from 1968 to 1970 and minister of the presidency in 1970 during the administration of Jose Joaquin Trejos Fernandez ; member of the board of the Costa Rican Central Bank from 1966 to 1969; congressman from 1990 to 1993, serving as president of the Legislative Assembly during the 1991 to 1992 period; and was elected Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS) in 2004. He voluntarily stepped down from this post to return to his country to face allegations of financial wrongdoing during his presidential tenure in Costa Rica. On April 27 of 2011 he was sentenced to 5 years in prison, but this ruling was later reversed in a December 2012 decision by an appeals court, which found him innocent of all charges.

Carlos Echevarría Zudaire is a former Spanish professional cyclist. He finished in the top 10 four times in the Vuelta a España, including third place in 1966. He also won two stages of the race, in 1965 and 1966.
