Henry III, Duke of Brunswick-Lüneburg, of the House of Welf, was a Duke of Brunswick-Lüneburg ruling the ducal Principality of Grubenhagen between 1427 and 1464.

Countess Katinka Kendeffy de Malomvíz Andrássy was a Hungarian noblewoman and the wife of Gyula Andrássy, who served as Prime Minister of Hungary (1867–1871) and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Austria-Hungary (1871–1879). After the coronation of King Franz Joseph I, she became Hungarian marshalless and an intimate friend of Queen Consort Elisabeth (Sissy). She died in 1896, two years after her husband.

Irene Komnene Doukaina or Eirene Komnene Doukaina was an Empress of Bulgaria during the Second Bulgarian Empire and Byzantine princess. She was the third wife of tsar Ivan Asen II of Bulgaria. She was the mother of tsar Michael Asen I of Bulgaria.

He took part in the wars of the Guelphs and Ghibellines in northern Italy, and in the war over the Kingdom of Sicily following his father's death (1250).

Anna Palaiologina Kantakouzene was the niece of the Byzantine emperor Michael VIII Palaiologos, second wife of Nikephoros I Komnenos Doukas of Epirus and regent of Epirus upon his death around 1297.
