List of Famous people born in South Korea

Heonjong of Joseon was the 24th king of the Joseon Dynasty of Korea. He was the grandson of Sunjo. His father was Crown Prince Hyomyeong, who died at the age of 20 before becoming king and his mother was Queen Sinjeong of the Pungyang Jo clan. Heonjong was born three-years before Hyomyeong's death.

Ahn Hyo-jin, professionally known as Elly and formerly known as LE, is a South Korean rapper, producer and songwriter. She has been a member of K-pop girl group EXID since 2012. She was also previously a member of the underground hip hop group, Jiggy Fellaz.

Ji Hye-ran, better known by her stage name Z.Hera, is a South Korean singer and actress. Z.Hera appeared on the documentary program Human Theater in 2006 as Shaolin Girl when she was 10 years old. She received attention after being the first South Korean singer to appear on the American social site BuzzFeed. She is known for her roles in Moorim School (2016) and Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo (2016).

Park So-youn is a retired South Korean figure skater. She is the 2014 Asian Open Figure Skating Trophy bronze medalist, the 2015 South Korean national champion, and a three-time South Korean national silver medalist (2012–2014).
