Johannes Hendrikus Jacob van den Berg, better known as his stage name Harry Vanda, is a Dutch Australian musician, songwriter and record producer. He is best known as lead guitarist of the 1960s Australian rock band the Easybeats who with fellow member George Young formed the 1970s and 1980s songwriting and record production duo Vanda & Young.

Ronald Hans Anton Plasterk is a Dutch scientist and a retired politician of the Labour Party (PvdA). Being a former Minister of the Dutch government, currently he works as the CSO for the globally active healthcare company myTomorrows and is an appointed professor at the medical faculty of the University of Amsterdam.

Frederik Ruysch was a Dutch botanist and anatomist. He is known for developing techniques for preserving anatomical specimens, which he used to create dioramas or scenes incorporating human parts. His anatomical preparations included over 2,000 anatomical, pathological, zoological, and botanical specimens, which were preserved by either drying or embalming. Ruysch is also known for his proof of valves in the lymphatic system, the vomeronasal organ in snakes, and arteria centralis oculi. He was the first to describe the disease that is today known as Hirschsprung's disease, as well as several pathological conditions, including intracranial teratoma, enchondromatosis, and Majewski syndrome.

Emmy Eugenie Andriesse was a Dutch photographer best known for her work with the Underground Camera group during World War II.

Godfried Schalcken or Gottfried Schalken was a Dutch genre and portrait painter. He was noted for his mastery in reproducing the effect of candlelight, and painted in the exquisite and highly polished manner of the Leiden fijnschilders.

Ben Van Os was a Dutch production designer and art director. He received two Academy Award for Best Art Direction nominations for his works in Orlando (1993) and Girl with a Pearl Earring (2003). The latter of which also earned him a BAFTA Award for Best Production Design nomination.

Martinus Wouter "Martin" Koolhoven is a Dutch film director and screenwriter. Internationally he is most known for Schnitzel Paradise (2005), Winter in Wartime (2008) and Brimstone (2016), which was his first film in English. It was released in 2017, after it premiered in the competition of the Venice Film Festival in 2016.

Robertus Henricus "Robbert" Dijkgraaf FRSE is a Dutch theoretical physicist and string theorist. He is the director and Leon Levy professor at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey, and a tenured professor at the University of Amsterdam.
