Leanne Choo is a badminton player from Australia. She is the reigning Oceania Champion in women's and mixed doubles. She represented Australia at the 2012 Summer Olympics, alongside former women's doubles partner, Renuga Veeran. Choo was competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

Tim Phillipps is an Australian actor perhaps best known for his roles in the soap opera Neighbours, drama series Bed of Roses and the movie Animal Kingdom. He has also appeared in the American television series Once Upon a Time and The Secret Circle. He provided the voice and motion capture for Dante in the video game DmC: Devil May Cry.

Verdet Emily Caci Kessler is an Australian badminton player from the Glenelg club. Kessler was the women's singles national champion in 2013 and 2014, and also won the women's singles title at the Oceania Championships in 2014. She awarded the Cliff Cutt Trophy for the exhibits the highest standards of sportsmanship, personality, court demeanour, playing ability and appearance throughout the tournament. She is the daughter of a Bermudian ballet dancer and German handballer.

Paul Andrew Rogers is an Australian retired basketball player who played in the National Basketball League. He was also drafted in the 1997 NBA draft by the Los Angeles Lakers but never played an NBA game.

Egerton Lee Batchelor was an Australian politician and trade unionist. He was a pioneer of the Australian Labor Party (ALP) in South Australia, which at the time was known as the United Labor Party (ULP). He was a member of the South Australian House of Assembly (1893–1901), leading the ULP from 1898 until his resignation in 1899 to accept a ministerial post in a non-Labor government, with the party's approval. Batchelor entered federal politics in 1901 and held cabinet posts in the first three ALP governments. He was Minister for Home Affairs (1904) under Chris Watson, and then served two terms as Minister for External Affairs under Andrew Fisher. He suffered a fatal heart attack at the age of 46 while climbing Mount Donna Buang.

Uwe Schummer is a German politician of the (Christian Democratic Union from Willich who has been a member of the Bundestag since 2002. Since 2014 he has been Commissioner of the CDU/CSU parliamentary group for people with disabilities. He is a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Education, Research and Technology Assessment, where he served as chairman of the CDU/CSU parliamentary group from 2009 to 2014.

Leonard Anthony Faulkner was an Australian Catholic clergyman and the seventh Archbishop of Adelaide. Born in rural South Australia, Faulkner served as an Adelaide parish priest and Bishop of Townsville before being appointed Archbishop of Adelaide in 1985. Upon retiring in 2001, he became Archbishop Emeritus of Adelaide.
