Lubomir Geraskov is a Bulgarian gymnast and Olympic champion. He competed at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul where he won Olympic gold on pommel horse.

Diana Khristova Koleva-Tsvetanova is a former Bulgarian badminton player. She competed in three consecutive Summer Olympics in 1992 Barcelona, 1996 Atlanta, and 2000 Sydney. Koleva won sixteen times National Championships title from 1985 to 2003. She also won the women's singles title at the 1988/89 season of European Circuit.

Zahari Baharov is a Bulgarian actor, best known for his roles as Moth in Zift and Ivo Andonov in the BNT 1 series Undercover and Loboda in HBO series Game of Thrones.

Julian Emilianov Vergov is a Bulgarian actor. He is best known for starring in the drama series Glass Home (2010–2012), and the medical drama Stolen Life (2017–2019).

Ivaylo Georgiev Kalfin is a Bulgarian politician. A three-term deputy, he was Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria and Deputy Prime Minister from 2005 to 2009 in the Stanishev Cabinet. Kalfin was a Member of European Parliament between 2009 and 2014. Between November 7, 2014 and May 2016 he served as Deputy Prime-Minister of Bulgaria, and Minister of Labor and Social Policy in the Second Borisov Cabinet.

Vladimir Ivanov is a former Bulgarian footballer who played as a defender. He is also known as "Fugata". On 3 November 2016, following the departure of Aleksandr Tarkhanov, Ivanov was appointed as permanent manager. However, following a streak of poor results, on 11 May 2017 he was demoted to assistant of the newly appointed manager Zlatomir Zagorčić.
