Matthieu Lo Ying Ping is a French male badminton player. Born to a Chinese father and a French mother, He started playing badminton at aged 10 at the Union St Bruno Club in Bordeaux, 4 years later he joined Espoir de Talence Bordeaux and when he was 18 he joined the France national badminton team at INSEP. In 2005, he won bronze medal at the European Junior Badminton Championships in boys' doubles event.

Christian Jourdan is a former French racing cyclist. He competed in the individual road race event at the 1976 Summer Olympics, and rode in eleven Grand Tours between 1979 and 1989.

Maxime Méderel is a French former road bicycle racer, who competed professionally between 2008 and 2015 for the Crédit Agricole, BigMat–Auber 93, Sojasun and Team Europcar squads. As well as this, he competed for the amateur teams Panorimo 23 La Creuse En Limousin, UC Châteauroux-Fenioux and UV Limousine. He is presently the team manager of the Pôle Espoirs de Guéret.

Jean-Girard Lacuée, count of Cessac, near Hautefage-la-Tour in the arrondissement of Agen, 4 November 1752 - Paris, 18 June 1841) was a French general and politician, peer of France and Minister for War under Napoleon I of France. His name is inscribed on the south side of the Arc de Triomphe.
