Yōku Hata is a stand up comedian in Japan. He rose to popularity in 2004 with his character "The Guitar Zamurai (Samurai)" (ギター侍) on the program The God of Entertainment (エンタの神様). Dressed in a yukata, his skit always follows the same form. He says a supposed quote about someone famous, and then mocks the quote and says "残念!" Then he imitates the person and finishes that section with a "切り" as he makes a sword slash movement with his guitar. At the end of a set, he usually says some self-depreciating remark and ends yelling "切腹!" (seppuku!). His popularity in this persona earned him an animated cameo in the Crayon Shin-Chan movie, "Crayon Shin-chan: The Legend of the Buri Buri 3 Minutes Charge" in which he played a monster that made fun of the sliding timescale of the cartoon.

Satomi Suzuki is a Japanese swimmer. She won a silver medal in the 200m breaststroke event and a bronze medal in the 100m breaststroke at the 2012 Summer Olympics, as well as a silver in the women's 4 x 100 m medley relay for Japan. She also swam in the 100 m breaststroke and 4 x 100 m medley relay at the 2016 Summer Olympics. She currently belongs to Yamanashi Gakuin University swimming club.

Junki Itō is a Japanese former professional baseball pitcher. He has played in Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) for the Chunichi Dragons.

Kazuma Ieiri is a Japanese internet entrepreneur, founder and director until 2011 of the "paperboy" company, and founder of the "studygift" fundraising site. He stood for election as governor of Tokyo in 2014, running an online campaign and obtaining 1.8% of the vote.

Naoki Satō is a Japanese composer who has provided the music for several popular anime series including the first five Pretty Cure series, X, Eureka Seven, Sword of the Stranger, and Blood-C. He graduated from the Tokyo College of Music in 1993. At the 29th Japan Academy Prize in 2006, he won the Best Music prize for his work on the film Always Sanchōme no Yūhi . He also composed music for anime films such as Pretty Cure All Stars DX trilogy, Stand By Me Doraemon. In live-action dramas, he provided music and soundtracks for TV dramas Good Luck!! Water Boys, H2: Kimi to Ita Hibi and Ryōmaden. He provided the music for the Space Battleship Yamato film, as well as the Rurouni Kenshin and Parasyte live-action film series. For the 38th Japan Academy Prize in 2015, he was nominated in the Best Score category for his work in The Eternal Zero. While he did not win the award, The Eternal Zero won several awards including Best Picture, and Stand By Me Doraemon won for Best Animated Film.

Ryosuke Iwasa is a Japanese professional boxer. He held the IBF super-bantamweight title from 2017 to 2018 and the interim version from 2019 to April 2021. He also challenged from the unified WBA (Super) and IBF super-bantamweight titles in April 2021.

Kento Kumabara is a Japanese former professional baseball pitcher. He has played in Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) for the Yokohama DeNA BayStars and Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles.

Takami Yoshimoto is a Japanese actress known for her role as Rena Yanase in 1996 Ultraman Tiga series. She won the best actress award at the 9th Japan Movie Professional Awards in 1999. She also starred the 1992 edition of "Christmas Express" commercials for the Central Japan Railway Company.
