Jin Ueda is a Japanese table tennis player.

Tatsuo Kawabata is a Japanese former politician from the Democratic Party, and a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet from 1986 to 2017. A native of Ōmihachiman, Shiga, he attended Kyoto University and received a master's degree from it. His elder brother is former mayor of Omihachiman Gohei Kawabata. In September 2011 he was appointed as Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications in the cabinet of newly appointed prime minister Yoshihiko Noda. He was relieved from the post on 1 October 2012. In September 2017, Kawabata announced that he would not run in the 2017 general election and would retire from politics.

Kiichi Kunimoto is a Japanese professional mixed martial artist currently competing in the welterweight division of Bellator. A professional competitor since 2006, he has also competed for the RIZIN, UFC and Pancrase.

Sakiko Ikeda is a Japanese football player. She plays for Urawa Reds and Japan national team.

Sachiko Masumi is a retired Japanese track and field athlete who competes in the long jump. She has a personal best of 6.65 metres for the long jump and occasionally competes in the triple jump, having a best of 13.34 m for that event. She was the Japanese Champion in the event in 2008 and 2009.
