Guidarino Guidi (1922–2003) was an Italian film actor and director. Most of Guidi's film work took place in the 1960s and early 70s with nine acting credits to his name in addition to several Assistant Director and Casting Director billets. His single directorial role is credited as a segment of the 1961 film Cronache del '22.

Enrico Barbin is an Italian racing cyclist, who last rode for UCI Professional Continental team Bardiani–CSF. He rode in the Giro d'Italia in 2014, 2015 and 2017.

Guido De Rosso is a retired Italian professional racing cyclist. He won several races in the 1960s and finished seventh at the 1965 Tour de France. He rode the Giro d'Italia in 1962–1965 and finished fourth in 1963 and third in 1964.

Guido De Santi was an Italian racing cyclist. He won the 1951 Deutschland Tour. He also rode in the 1948 and 1949 Tour de France.

Guido Fanti was an Italian politician. From 1979–1989 he served as a Member of the European Parliament (MEP). He was a member of the Italian Communist Party.

Wladimiro Panizza was an Italian professional road bicycle racer. Panizza came from a Communist family and was named after Lenin. During his long career (1967–1985), he helped Felice Gimondi and Franco Bitossi. His best grand tour was the 1980 Giro d'Italia, where he placed second in the overall classification. He holds the record for participation in the Giro, completing the race 16 times out of 18 starts.

Pope Stephen II was the bishop of Rome from 26 March 752 to his death. Stephen II marks the historical delineation between the Byzantine Papacy and the Frankish Papacy. During Stephen's pontificate, Rome was facing invasion by the Lombards when Stephen II went to Paris to seek assistance from Pepin the Short. Pepin defeated the Lombards and made a gift of land to the pope, eventually leading to the establishment of the Papal States.

Riccardo Zacconi, is an Italian businessman, best known as CEO of King, a company he founded in 2003. King is the developer of the popular mobile game app Candy Crush Saga. On May 26, 2019, Zacconi announced he was stepping down as CEO of King.
