Angelo Massafra is an Italian Catholic archbishop of Arbëreshë ancestry, metropolitan archbishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Shkodër–Pult since 25 January 2005.

Pietro Belluschi was an Italian-born American architect, a leader of the Modern Movement in architecture, and was responsible for the design of over 1,000 buildings.

Benedetto Bordone (1460–1531) was a Venetian manuscript editor, miniaturist and cartographer. He was born in Padua, then part of the Republic of Venice.

Francesca Rio is an Italian former competitive figure skater. She won ten senior international medals and four Italian national medals. She represented Italy at five ISU Championships, reaching the free skate at the 2009 Junior Worlds in Sofia, 2009 Europeans in Helsinki, 2010 Junior Worlds in The Hague, and 2012 Europeans in Sheffield. She also competed at two Winter Universiades – 2011 (Erzurum) and 2013 (Trento). An injury having disrupted her intended final competitive season, Rio retired in November 2014.

Nicole Della Monica is an Italian pair skater. With her current partner Matteo Guarise, she is a five-time Italian national champion (2016–20) and has represented Italy at the 2014 and 2018 Winter Olympics.

Raffaele di Paco was an Italian road racing cyclist, who won five stages in the 1931 Tour de France four stages in the 1932 Tour de France and two stages in the 1935 Tour de France, and wore the yellow jersey for a total of four days in 1931. One of these, after stage 5, he shared the lead with Charles Pélissier. Di Paco was born and died in Fauglia, Tuscany.

Andrea Olivero is the Italian Vice Minister for Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies and a senator of the Italian Republic. He has been President of the Christian Associations of Italian Workers from 2006 to 2012.
