Yvette Henriette Lévy is a French educator and survivor of the Holocaust. In July 1944, she was arrested by the Gestapo and was eventually sent to Auschwitz concentration camp. She survived and now educates youths about her experiences. Lévy is a Commander of the National Order of Merit and Officer of the Legion of Honour.

Jeanne Hébuterne was a French painter and art model best known as the frequent subject and common-law wife of the artist Amedeo Modigliani. She took her own life two days after Modigliani died, and is now buried beside him.

Patricia Gallerneau was a French politician representing the Democratic Movement. She was elected to the French National Assembly on 18 June 2017, representing the department of Vendée.

Cyril Collard was a French author, filmmaker, composer, musician and actor. He is known for his unapologetic portrayals of bisexuality and HIV in art, particularly his autobiographical novel and film Les Nuits Fauves. She is the widow of Daniel Pearl, an American journalist who was the Southeast Asia Bureau Chief for The Wall Street Journal, who was kidnapped and murdered by terrorists in Pakistan in early 2002, during the early months of the United States' War on Terror.
