Lin Biao
Lin Biao was a Marshal of the People's Republic of China who was pivotal in the Communist victory in the Chinese Civil War, especially in Northeast China. Lin was the general who commanded the decisive Liaoshen and Pingjin Campaigns, in which he co-led the Manchurian Field Army to victory and led the People's Liberation Army into Beijing. He crossed the Yangtze River in 1949, decisively defeated the Kuomintang and took control of the coastal provinces in Southeast China. He ranked third among the Ten Marshals. Zhu De and Peng Dehuai were considered senior to Lin, and Lin ranked directly ahead of He Long and Liu Bocheng.
Zhou Qiang
Zhou Qiang is a Chinese politician who is the current Chief Justice and President of the Supreme People's Court of China. Previously, he served as the secretary of the Communist Party of China Hunan committee, first-in-charge of the central Chinese province. He served as the province's governor between 2007 and 2010. Zhou also served as the First Secretary of the Communist Youth League of China between 1998 and 2006.
Li Xiannian
Li Xiannian was a Chinese Communist military and political leader, President of the People's Republic of China from 1983 to 1988 under Paramount Leader Deng Xiaoping and then Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference from 1988 until his death. He was a full member of the Politburo from 1956 to 1987, and of its Standing Committee from 1977 to 1987.

Xie was known for his efficiency and his loyalty to Mao Zedong, and during the Cultural Revolution he played a key role in hunting down the Chairman's enemies in his capacity as Minister of Public Security from 1959–1972.
Qin Weijiang
Qin Weijiang is a retired lieutenant general (zhongjiang) of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) who served as Commander of the Eastern Theater Command Ground Force between January 2016 and December 2018. Prior to that, he was Deputy Commander of the Nanjing Military Region from December 2010 to January 2016. He was promoted to the rank of major general (shaojiang) in 2000 and lieutenant general (zhongjiang) in 2012.
