Xu Zhangrun
Xu Zhangrun is a Chinese jurist. He was a professor of Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law at Tsinghua University in Beijing, and a research fellow with the Unirule Institute of Economics.
Lu Wei
Lu Wei is a former Chinese politician. He served as the deputy head of the Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of China, the head of the General Office of the Central Leading Group for Internet Security and Informatization from April 2013 to June 2016. Lu was previously Vice-Mayor of Beijing and the head of the Beijing Party organization's propaganda department, among other posts. Lu Wei was named by Time magazine as one of the world's 100 most influential people in 2015.

Che Jun
Che Jun is a Chinese politician, serving since 2017 as the Communist Party Secretary of Zhejiang. Between 2016 and 2017, he served as Governor of Zhejiang. Che began his career in Anhui province, and rose to prominence taking charge of Shijiazhuang in the aftermath of the Chinese milk scandal and being dispatched to Xinjiang following the July 2009 Ürümqi riots.

Li Kenong
Li Kenong was a Chinese general and politician, one of the creators of the security and intelligence apparatus of both the Communist Party of China and the People's Liberation Army. Notably, he served as Director of the Central Investigation Department, Deputy Chief of the PLA General Staff Department and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and was awarded the rank of General in 1955.
