She has starred in Memento (2000) for which she won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Female, Red Planet (2000), Chocolat (2000), Fido (2006), Snow Cake (2006) for which she won the Genie Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role, Disturbia (2007), Unthinkable (2010), Silent Hill: Revelation (2012), and Pompeii (2014). She also portrayed Jeri Hogarth in several television series produced by Marvel Television for Netflix, most notably Jessica Jones (2015–2019).

Jacoba Francisca Maria "Cobie" Smulders is a Canadian-American actress. Christopher Paul Neil, also known as Mr. Swirl, Swirl Face, or Vico, is a convicted child molester. He was the subject of a highly publicized Interpol investigation of the sexual abuse of at least 12 young boys in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand, primarily owing to the Internet release of pornographic images depicting the abuse. He was arrested by Thai police in October 2007.

Mackenzie Davis is a Canadian actress. She made her feature film debut in Smashed (2012), and later appeared in Breathe In (2013), That Awkward Moment (2014), The Martian (2015), Blade Runner 2049 (2017), and Happiest Season (2020). She received a Canadian Screen Award nomination for The F Word (2013). From 2014 to 2017, she starred as computer programmer Cameron Howe in the television series Halt and Catch Fire. She also co-starred in the "San Junipero" episode of the television series Black Mirror. In 2019, she starred as the augmented super-soldier Grace in Terminator: Dark Fate.

Jennifer Mulhern Granholm is a Canadian-American politician, lawyer, educator, author, and political commentator. A member of the Democratic Party, she was attorney general of Michigan from 1999 to 2003 and the 47th governor of Michigan from 2003 to 2011. She was the first woman to serve as Michigan's governor. In January 2017, she was hired as a CNN political contributor.

Dorothy Ruth Hoogstraten, known professionally as Dorothy Stratten, was a Canadian Playboy Playmate, model, and actress. Stratten was the Playboy Playmate of the Month for August 1979 and Playmate of the Year in 1980. Stratten appeared in three comedy films and in at least two episodes of shows broadcast on US network television. She was murdered at the age of 20 by her estranged husband and manager Paul Snider, who died by suicide on the same day. Her death inspired two motion pictures, the 1981 TV movie Death of a Centerfold and the 1983 theatrical release Star 80, as well as the book The Killing of the Unicorn and the songs "Californication" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, "The Best Was Yet to Come" by Bryan Adams and "Cover Girl" by the Canadian rock band Prism.
