Princess Anna of Bavaria, known professionally as Anna von Bayern, is a German journalist and author who has been serving as the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Coty Inc. since 2020. A member of the House of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg by birth, she became a member of the House of Wittelsbach in 2005 through her marriage to Prince Manuel of Bavaria.

Volker Prechtel was a German actor. He appeared in 52 films and television shows between 1974 and 1997.

Moidele Bickel was a German costume designer. She was also known by the name Bernadette Vilard.

Michael Greis is a former German biathlete.

Elisabeth Veronika Mann Borgese, was an internationally recognized expert on maritime law and policy and the protection of the environment. Daniel Hopfer was a German artist who is widely believed to have been the first to use etching in printmaking, at the end of the fifteenth century. He also worked in woodcut. Although his etchings were widely ignored by art historians for years, more recent scholarship is crediting him and his work with "single-handedly establishing the salability of etchings" and introducing the print publisher business model.

Freimut Duve was a German journalist, writer, politician and human rights activist. From 1980 to 1998 he was a member of the Bundestag for the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD). He was the first OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media from 1998 to 2003. Duve was also a well-known personality in the German literary scene.

Arndt Freytag von Loringhoven is a German diplomat and chemist. He currently serves as Germany's ambassador to Poland. Loringhoven was deputy director of Germany's Federal Intelligence Service (BND) between 2007 and 2010. He served as NATO's first chief of intelligence. He was also Germany's ambassador to the Czech Republic and served as a diplomat at the German Embassy in Moscow.

Andreas Birnbacher is a former German biathlete. His biggest successes were the silver medal in the mass start event at the 2007 World Championships and the gold medal in the mixed relay at the 2008 World Championships. He also won the bronze medal at the 2012 world championships in Ruhpolding when he was part of the German teams that finished third in the mixed relay and the men's relay.
