Igor Lukšić is a Montenegrin politician who served as the 4th Prime Minister of Montenegro from 2010 to 2012, upon the resignation of Milo Đukanović. He was succeeded by Đukanović on 4 December 2012 and served as Minister of Foreign Affairs in the latter's fourth cabinet from 2012 to 2016.
