Raju Narayana Swamy
Raju Narayanaswamy is an Indian Administrative Service officer and whistleblower. A district collector for five Kerala districts during his career, Narayanaswamy was one of several IAS officers chosen by former chief minister V. S. Achuthanandan to investigate corruption in the state. He was transferred many times during his career, and has been compared to fellow IAS officer and whistleblower Ashok Khemka.
Ali Yerlikaya
Ali Yerlikaya is a Turkish bureaucrat who has served as the Governor of Istanbul since 26 October 2018. Following the annulment of the March 2019 Istanbul mayoral election, Yerlikaya briefly served as the acting Mayor of Istanbul until a new successor was elected in a re-run in June 2019.

Mubariz Mansimov is an Azerbaijani-born entrepreneur and the founder of Palmali Group of Companies, a major shipping company, as well of the Azerbaijani football club Khazar Lankaran. He became a naturalized Turkish citizen in 2006. He has invested heavily in Turkey and once owned Yalikavak Marina, previously named Palmarina Yalikavak. As of 15 March 2020, he has been arrested in Turkey on allegations based around having a link to Gülen movement.
Liao Changyong
Prof. Liao Changyong, sometimes referred in English media as C. Y. Liao or Changyong Liao, is a Chinese operatic baritone and academic. He won first prize in three different international competitions in 1996 and 1997: the Operalia, The World Opera Competition; the French International Toulouse Singing Competition; and the Queen Sonja International Music Competition. While his performance career has mainly been in China, he has appeared as a guest artist with opera companies and orchestras internationally. He is the President and Director of the Vocal Music and Opera Department at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music.
Achilleas Kallakis
Achilleas Michalis Kallakis is responsible for the UK's largest ever mortgage fraud, of over £760 million, and has been called "Britain's most successful serial confidence trickster". By making a slight change to his name, purporting to be related to an oil and property tycoon and using a corrupt lawyer, he was able to defraud banks into giving him mortgages on offices with inflated valuations. He and his accomplice Alexander Williams were successfully prosecuted by the UK's Serious Fraud Office in 2013. Kallakis and Williams succeeded in bypassing fraud and due diligence checks by the banks despite having a previous convictions for fraud in 1995 and warning being raised about their lawyer who escaped prosecution.
