Luis Armando Lozada Cruz, better known by his stage name Vico C, is an American born-Puerto Rican rapper, composer and record producer. Widely regarded as the "Father of Latin Hip Hop", as well as the founding father of reggaeton, Vico C has played an influential role in the development of Latin American hip hop and urban music.

Victor Ma. Regis "Vico" Nubla Sotto is a Filipino politician who is the incumbent Mayor of Pasig, Philippines. Sotto first entered politics when he ran for a seat on the Pasig City Council in 2016. He won the election as an independent and served a term in the city council. He joined the Aksyon Demokratiko party and ran for Mayor of Pasig in 2019 and won with a platform focused on public consultation, data-driven governance, and universal health care in Pasig, which priortizes housing programs, easier access to education, and cracking down on corruption.

He later designed mass-produced appliances and furniture for companies such as Cassina S.p.A., and won several awards, including the Gold Medal of the Chartered Society of Industrial Artists & Designers in 1986.
